coaching-perspectiveI have the coolest job, in my own right. I walk with people that want to change the world, and help them make better decisions.

Clearly a great way to generate new business is by offering terrific service that solves a genuine problem.

Leaders work with me because they want to better represent shareholders, lead a business or organization, form their emerging company and its vision around best practices, raise capital, build a top-drawer management team, create best-of-class (and disruptive) products and services, identify key and foundational customers, have fun, make a lot of money, and inspire their children to be the next generation of productive citizens.

When talking to potential new Coaching clients it’s my experience that many want help in establishing and reaching goals understanding this means setting priorities and changing habits. In some cases they struggle at home or networking even though they are successful at work. For some maybe it’s about balance (even though there may not be such a thing depending on season-of-life). Others Just want to be held accountable for what they say, and what they should do.

Look… You gotta have a plan otherwise everyone else is going to be the boss.

In my coaching view you have two choices. You can live your life and career by design or by default. One drives results that can be measured. This usually improves careers by any definition. The other path more often feels like a slap in the face.

All of this is the core of my own business practices, and the lens through which I coach leaders through better decision-making.

Covenant + Trust = [desired] [needed] Outcomes.

Everything, including your life and career-path, has a bottom-line. I will always tell you what you need to know, not necessarily what you want to hear. That may sound like a cliche, but your career isn’t, and making informed decisions never should be.

My ROLE™ is to help people that care about their careers and the people they impact make better decisions.

Do you have a plan?

Next, we’ll talk about the Return on Life (“ROLE).
